blood pressure. The regular practice of Ananda Marga
meditation broadens the scope of your mind, helping
you to develop a keener sense of intuition and a
deeper understanding of yourself and the world around
you. People who meditate typically experience a

turn leads to more intense and lasting feelings
of happiness and fulfilment.
The meditation classes taught by Ananda Marga
Yoga Centres in Kuala Lumpur and other cities in

provide mediation instruction in Malaysia using
proven techniques that will enable you to withdraw

We teach authentic meditation in our yoga classes
in Kuala Lumpur and other cities in Malaysia and
through private private consultations. As the student
progress, higher lessons are given. Regular group
meditations for beginners and advanced students
are held weekly at most of our centres throughout
Malaysia.
